I’m David Goodrich. I started Goodrich Works to bring together the work I have done for decades: helping organizations make sense of technology, helping people communicate more clearly online, and helping students build confidence in challenging academic subjects.
My professional background includes more than 30 years in technology leadership, including work at Harvard Business School. I have led modernization efforts, supported enterprise platforms, improved operational systems, addressed security and compliance needs, and helped teams move from fragmented tools to clearer, more manageable environments.
I also design and build practical websites and web-based tools for individuals and organizations that need a stronger digital presence without unnecessary complexity. That work includes messaging, page structure, visual refinement, Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress implementation, lightweight custom code, search visibility, and the small details that make a site feel credible and finished.

I usually start by understanding what is working, what is getting in the way, and what needs to be simplified. From there, I help define a practical path forward.
